General Terms
Ski passes are non transferable and must be presented to controllers within the control zone. Lost ski passes will not be refunded .
Ski passes may not be exchanged after purchase, nor may their period of validity be extended or changed . Bad weather, avalanche hazard, unforeseen departure, interruption in lift service, closure of one or all lifts due to unfavourable weather conditions, closure of trails, overcrowding of ski pistes etc. shall not entitle ski pass holders to a refund.

Please allow for reduced availability of lifts in operation and trails during pre and off seasons.

By purchasing a ticket/pass, passengers accept our terms of transport which are posted at the various stations.

Reimbursement
No legal claim will be admissible for reimbursement in case of accidents or illness; reimbursements, if any, will be made out of fairness. The decisive factor will be that you return the casualty’s or diseased person’s Ski Pass without delay to one of our ticket offices and present a medical certificate issued by a local physician or hospital. One-day tickets and Ski Passes for Random Use will not be reimbursed without exception . Reimbursement modalities shall apply as laid down by us. We reserve the right to decline reimbursement without statement of reasons.

Misuse of lift tickets / Ski Passes
Persons found without a valid Ski Pass will have to expect to pay a higher price.
Any misuse of tickets or passes will result in forfeiture of the ticket/pass without compensation and will moreover be fined.

Liability
The operator of the ski trails is not liable for damages or injuries incurred by skiers/riders through the incorrect behavior of other persons. Particularly inconsiderate and dangerous skiing/riding and failure to heed closings or other instructions may result in a refusal to transport the skier/rider.
Your safety is our prime concern; please observe the FIS Rules.

Keycard deposit fee: € 2.00 ( Non-contact data carriers)
Undamaged Keycards in good working order and issued in the current winter season may be returned to the ticket outlet. We hope you will understand that we cannot guarantee to take back older Keycard types because of technology progress.
