The detachable 4-seater chair lift is just a few minutes walk from the town centre, and takes you to Kirchberg’s local mountain in 6 minutes. Alberto Tomba won the World Cup giant slalom on this magnificent slope, and an FIS race takes place here every year. You can also book the race course for company and club races. As well as the fantastic descents to the town centre, the Gaisberg also has far and away one of the most beautiful natural toboggan runs. Thanks to floodlit facilities you can also speed along on your runners late in the evening too. And since we don’t want the weather in Kirchberg’s sports stomping ground to spoil the fun, the Gaisberg is snow-assured right into spring with its snow-making facilities.
